Operations runs the day to day work of the foundation. It turns board decisions into execution. It manages people, vendors, systems, budgets, and timelines. It keeps programs compliant, safe, and measurable. It also runs donor support and fundraising execution, including sweepstakes administration, so every dollar is tracked and every promise is fulfilled.

Acquires, builds, and manages housing assets. Oversees resident readiness and property performance.
