Our homes are built using modern modular and cargo construction methods, offering fast deployment, structural durability, and long-term affordability. Every unit is designed to meet HUD, USDA, and state-level building requirements, with layouts that balance comfort, safety, and energy efficiency.

We maintain construction costs between $130 and $170 per square foot to ensure our homes remain eligible for public funding, low-interest financing, and lease-to-own programs. This range allows us to:

  • Comply with federal cost-per-square-foot limits for affordable housing.
  • Include essential systems such as HVAC, insulation, energy-efficient appliances, and weather-resistant materials.
  • Deliver high-quality finishes while staying within sustainable budgets for veterans and underserved families.
