Phase One Deployment: 2026
Phase One activates over 1,000 modular units across Alabama, Oklahoma, and Texas — including 500 residential homes and 500 medical-grade or specialty units. Anchor sites include Winfield and Glen Allen (AL), Eden and Kremlin (OK), and Ranger and Snyder (TX). Each site integrates lease-to-own housing, trauma-informed recovery units, renewable infrastructure, and on-site employment zones. Backed by nonprofit ownership, donor funding, and regional partners, this first wave is designed to stabilize 1,000+ lives, create 3,000 jobs, and establish multi-state demonstration sites for long-term policy adoption.
Our build crews are ready. Our communities are waiting. Our partners are stepping forward.
Phase One = Proof of Model at Scale
All properties in Phase One are backed by nonprofit ownership structures, donor-backed funding pools, and active regional partnerships.
