At the Viviscent Wellness Foundation, we believe that safe, stable, and affordable housing is the starting point for stronger families, healthier communities, and long-term recovery.

Our rental rates are developed using national guidance from HUD, the VA, and leading nonprofit housing benchmarks. These estimates help ensure our homes remain accessible to veterans, underserved families, and individuals rebuilding their lives — without sacrificing dignity or quality.

National Estimated Monthly Rental Rates (2026–2027)

4-Bedroom 1,100–1,300 sq ft $1,200 – $1,450 / month
5–6 Bedroom* 1,400–1,800+ sq ft $1,400 – $1,750+ / month

*Larger units are available by request and based on family size, disability accommodations, or multi-generational needs.

These estimates are designed to stay below 30% of area median income (AMI) in most markets, in line with national affordability standards. VWF reviews local conditions and adjusts rates accordingly to keep housing accessible and sustainable.

Note: Final rent may vary by region. In high-cost or urban areas, some rates may exceed these ranges due to land, labor, and utility costs.
