Our mission is to honor the sacrifices of U.S. military veterans by ensuring they have a place to call home. We work tirelessly to create housing solutions that are not only compliant with HUD and VA standards but also foster a sense of community and belonging for those who have served our nation.

Eligibility Criteria

Are You Eligible for Our Housing Programs?

To qualify for our veteran housing programs, applicants must meet specific criteria designed to ensure fairness and accessibility. Applicants must also be U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents, with all household members providing valid identification. Income eligibility is determined by HUD guidelines, and applicants must demonstrate a stable housing history. A background check is conducted in line with HUD and DHS standards, and participation in supportive services is encouraged. Required documentation includes government-issued IDs, proof of income, and completed application forms. We are committed to equal housing opportunities for all veterans.
