Viviscent Wellness Foundation (2025). 4-Home Giveaway Raffle.

Eligibility: The raffle is open to legal U.S. residents 18+ not prohibited by law. Ineligible individuals include: VWF employees, board members, raffle administrators, and their immediate households. Ineligible purchases count as donations only.

Entry Period: Begins on [Insert Start Date], closes on [Insert End Date] or when 25,000 tickets per home are sold.

How to Enter: Tickets cost $100 at viviscentwellnessfoundation.org. Each provides four chances (one per home). Tickets are final and non-transferable.

Drawings: Held publicly in Carbon Hill, AL after 25,000 tickets/home. A ticket cannot win more than one home but remains eligible across all drawings. A separate $5,000 Green Ticket is awarded at the conclusion.

Residency Requirement: Winners must occupy the home for five years and sign an Occupancy Agreement. No transfers/rentals/sales allowed during this period.

Lot Fee & Oversight: A modest monthly fee applies for five years to support landscaping, ADA access, and site management.

Green Ticket Clause: $5,000 Home Voucher awarded to one non-winning entrant. Valid only for VWF homes, expires in 12 months, non-transferable.

Income Clause: If winner earns over $60,000/year, the prize must be donated to a low-income household (with tax receipt). Donors may recommend recipients, subject to VWF approval.

Taxes: Winners file IRS W-9; prizes over $5,000 require 24% withholding before transfer. Form 1099-MISC issued for all prize values. *** VWF and Grants

Refunds & Fund Handling: If under 25,000 tickets sold, VWF may cancel or offer cash alternative. Refunds processed electronically. Funds are secure in nonprofit account.

Media/Publicity: By entering, participants grant full rights to VWF for use in news, marketing, TV/streaming without compensation.

Forfeiture: Failure to respond or submit paperwork within 45 days results in forfeiture. VWF may disqualify any fraudulent or noncompliant entrant.

No Future Benefits: This raffle does not entitle winners to future housing or services. Golden Ticket? 

Local Compliance: Winner must meet local zoning and permitting rules. Failure equals voluntary forfeiture.

Governing Law: Governed by Alabama law. Disputes resolved via binding arbitration in Walker County, AL. Entry releases VWF from liability.
