Miranda Baldridge brings a wealth of experience and heart to the Viviscent Wellness Foundation. With over a decade of service at FEMA, Miranda supported families and communities through some of their most difficult times. After relocating to Alabama’s Gulf Coast in 2011, she quickly saw the need for reliable property management and founded Diamond M Services, Inc. Starting with six properties, her dedication grew the business to more than 200 vacation rentals, creating meaningful jobs and strengthening the local economy.

Since 2017, Miranda has thrived in real estate sales and consulting. Her expertise in disaster assistance proved invaluable to Baldwin County during crises like Hurricane Sally, when she organized education sessions for fellow Realtors and managed online groups to provide accurate, timely disaster information. She also serves as an Associate Broker with Advantage Real Estate and has earned multiple professional designations, including:

• Seller Representative Specialist (SRS)

• Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR)

• Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES)

• Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE)

• Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR)

Miranda’s leadership has been recognized through her roles as Baldwin Realtors MLS Committee Chair (2022), Board of Directors member, and MLS Board President (2023). She is also a licensed broker in Florida.

Community & Entrepreneurship

Miranda and her husband, a proud U.S. military veteran, realized their dream of opening The Stock Tank, a local gathering spot in Robertsdale, Alabama. Known for its welcoming atmosphere, it has become a hub for community connection.

Personal Story of Resilience

Miranda’s life is a testament to overcoming adversity. From surviving abuse as a teen to navigating bankruptcy, foreclosure, and divorce, she has rebuilt her life with faith, perseverance, and determination. As a single mother of two daughters, she instilled resilience and hope, often sharing her favorite reminder: “Nothing is impossible — the word itself says I’m possible.”

Now happily married for 15 years, Miranda continues to serve as a proud mother and mentor to many. Her journey inspires others to see the diamond in the rough — both in themselves and in the homes she helps transform.
