Initial Build:
- 47 modular homes (1–3 bedrooms)
- Green tech ready: solar, rainwater collection
- Veterans & underserved families prioritized
- Local wraparound services: job training, trauma care, mental health

- Meet & Greet with community leaders
- Listening sessions with local families
- Tours with pastors, educators, and veterans
- First steps in building trust and partnerships
