  • 47 modular homes (1–3 bedrooms)
  • Green tech ready: solar, rainwater collection
  • Veterans & underserved families prioritized
  • Local wraparound services: job training, trauma care, mental health

June 4–8, 2025

  • Meet & Greet with community leaders
  • Listening sessions with local families
  • Tours with pastors, educators, and veterans
  • First steps in building trust and partnerships
  • Identifying local contractors, youth workers, and support teams
