WORK EXPERIENCE
Founder, Data Architecture Solutions, Inc.
Mr. Streetman is founder of Data Architecture Solutions, Inc., a company that consults in sensor and data architecture design
and development, business modeling, risk analysis, tokenization of real world assets, and technology for innovative community
development. In this role, Mr. Streetman - Advised startups developing real estate tokenization platforms to issue security token offerings (STOs) and create secondary
markets for commercial real estate and other hard assets - Developed detailed financial models and executive summaries for regenerative development projects
- Peer reviewed several National Laboratory studies on terrorism risk assessment and pandemic economic analysis
- Led the migration of financial data to Amazon Web Services for a large investment company. Coordinated multiple
departments and assisted with dashboards and data visualization - Developed novel algorithmic approaches for buy/sell/hold determinations using functional decomposition approaches,
nearest neighbor approaches, statistical approaches, and NLP - Led a tool innovation and development project for a large crop development research company. Reviewed and assessed
multiple simulation and statistical approaches and designed model improvements. Developed decision support, enterprise
level analysis, and modeling for field testing and genetic/environmental interactions. - Co-authored the integrated CBRN terrorism risk analysis (ITRA) and led various Domestic Nuclear Detection Office
(DNDO) risk assessments. Mr. Streetman has innovated concepts for adversary modeling, portfolio analysis, and
integrating complementary risk models. - Designed enterprise-wide security systems; functional requirements documents, concepts of operation, DODAF docs and
data exchange specifications like the CBRN Domain within the National Information Exchange Model (NIEM) - Was principal author of numerous strategic documents including global nuclear detection architecture annual reports,
international model guidelines documents, strategic plans, intellectual leadership proposals, and an IAEA nuclear security
series document on threat and risk assessment along with a three-day course piloted in Finland. - Supported numerous interagency coordination efforts including working with DOE, DoD, DOS, NRC (including briefing the
NRC commissioners on economic modeling), EPA, HHS, USDA, and numerous interagency working groups. - Developed numerous models and simulations and led efforts with the National Labs to perform agent-based models,
discrete event simulations, Monte Carlo simulations, and Multi-attribute Utility (MAU) models.
