Viviscent Wellness Foundation is dedicated to providing homes for veterans and underserved families. Through our specialized housing programs, we transform vacant lots into quality homes—often available to families with little to no down payment.
We are actively seeking available vacant lots throughout the community to expand our reach and help more families achieve stable, dignified housing.

Our mission is to build communities that offer not just shelter, but a foundation for a better life, using innovative, eco-friendly materials and community-driven initiatives.
How This Works: Through national partnerships, local governments, community organizations, and dedicated sponsors, we identify land, secure funding, and coordinate the construction and distribution of homes. Community engagement is key, providing opportunities for residents to participate in building their future homes, fostering pride and community ownership.
