Melissa J. Shea is a dynamic leader in real estate investment, development, and education, proudly serving as a Board Member of the Viviscent Wellness Foundation. With a deep commitment to empowering communities through sustainable housing and financial literacy, Melissa brings decades of experience and visionary leadership to the Foundation’s mission.

Melissa is the CEO of Everyday Realty Services Inc., a Licensed Broker with EXIT Realty, and the Regional Owner of EXIT Realty Connecticut and Rhode Island. She also serves as the President of the Long Island Real Estate Investor Association (LIREIA), where she has led initiatives to educate and empower thousands of investors since 2007.

As the founder of a national mastermind network, Melissa specializes in secured, off-market real estate investments and sustainable wealth-building strategies. Her work spans the redevelopment of distressed properties, community revitalization projects, and investor mentorship.
