    Biography
Austin Niles serves as the Director of Daily Operations & Special Projects for the Viviscent Wellness Foundation, a 501(c)(3) public charity committed to transforming lives through holistic wellness, sustainable housing, and economic opportunity for veterans and underserved families.

In this pivotal role, Austin oversees and advances the Foundation’s flagship initiatives, including the rollout of “The Units”—modular, cargo-based housing communities designed for dignity, resilience, and long-term success. These communities blend green infrastructure with wraparound services like mental health care, workforce development, and entrepreneurship, forming a national blueprint for holistic community revitalization.

As Board Liaison, Austin ensures transparency, accountability, and alignment between strategic projects and the Foundation’s Board of Directors. He facilitates timely reporting, governance support, and mission-driven planning across all key initiatives.

Austin leads the Carbon Hill Tiny Home Community – “Hope on Second” project in Carbon Hill, Alabama, as part of his role at the Foundation. This initiative includes 47 modular container homes and is designed to provide sustainable, affordable housing for veterans and underserved families. It stands as a flagship model within the Foundation’s national “A Place to Call Home – Hope in Action” campaign.

Austin’s approach is rooted in collaboration. He works closely with developers, policymakers, real estate professionals, community organizers, and sustainability experts to implement regenerative projects that honor local needs while maintaining a unified national vision. His ability to connect big-picture planning with on-the-ground implementation makes him a vital bridge between innovation and action.

🌊 Official Announcement: Introducing Reef Healers – A Viviscent Wellness Foundation Initiative

We are proud to announce the launch of Reef Healers, an environmental action initiative led by Austin Niles and fully supported by the Viviscent Wellness Foundation.

Reef Healers is more than a conservation project — it’s a bold inland-to-ocean movement. With over 80% of ocean pollution originating from inland sources, Reef Healers bridges the gap by activating communities to protect marine ecosystems starting right where they live.

    💡 Our Mission:

To heal reefs by healing our land — through education, sustainable practices, and clean water initiatives that start upstream and ripple out to the oceans.

    🌱 What We’re Doing:

    • Hosting community clean-up and waterway protection events

    • Educating youth and adults on how inland actions affect ocean health

    • Partnering with schools, businesses, and local governments to reduce pollution at the source

    • Advocating for regenerative environmental practices

    🎯 Leadership:

Led by Austin Niles, Director of Special Projects at VWF, Reef Healers will be a frontline campaign in our national push for ecosystem restoration and sustainable stewardship
