What is this raffle about?

The Viviscent Wellness Foundation is raffling off four modular homes in Carbon Hill, Alabama to support veterans and underserved families. Each $100 ticket gives you four chances to win.

How do I enter?

Visit viviscentwellnessfoundation.org and click “Get Your Ticket.” Tickets are $100 each and enter you into all four home drawings.

How many tickets are available?

Only 25,000 tickets per home drawing will be sold. That’s four drawings, one per home.

What is the Golden Ticket?

If you don’t win a home, you still have a chance to receive a $5,000 Home Cash Voucher — only revealed at the end of all drawings. It’s a surprise bonus!

What if I make over $60,000 a year?

If your income exceeds $60,000/year, you must donate the prize to someone in need. You’ll receive a charitable tax letter for the appraised value.

Do I need to be present to win?

No. Winners will be notified by email, phone, and certified mail.

Are there taxes?

Yes. Winners must complete a W-9 and pay any required taxes. Prizes over $5,000 are subject to IRS withholding. A 1099 form will be issued.

What happens if not enough tickets are sold?

If a home drawing doesn’t reach 25,000 tickets, the prize may become a cash alternative or participants may receive refunds.

Will my name or image be used?

Yes. By entering, you allow VWF to use your name, image, and story in:

• Fundraising campaigns
• Documentaries and streaming content

All homes are located in Carbon Hill, Alabama — part of a new, sustainable community designed by VWF.
